NAVAJEEVAN BALA BHAVAN
Yuva Bhavan
Yuva Bhavan, nestled at Bavajipet 1st Lane, Andhra Ratna Road, Vijayawada, Krishna District, Andhra Pradesh, India. Yuva Bhavan, as the name suggests, combines two words: “Yuva,” which means young, and “Bhavan,” which means building. So, literally, Yuva Bhavan translates to “Young Building.” This naming reflects its purpose and focus on providing a residence and support for young male students pursuing regular college studies in and around Vijayawada. Beyond its role as a student dwelling, Yuva Bhavan plays a multifaceted role as the central hub for the Navajeevan Bala Bhavan Society.
The architectural ensemble of Yuva Bhavan is not merely a student abode; it serves as the nerve center for the Navajeevan Bala Bhavan Society. This large building houses the offices of all NJBB directors, where they diligently carry out their responsibilities. In addition to providing residential quarters, the building accommodates various administrative departments that operate cohesively from this central location.
A culinary cornerstone of Yuva Bhavan is its expansive kitchen facility, located on the lower level, ensuring that residents are well-nourished during their academic pursuits. The first floor boasts a well-appointed refectory, fostering a communal dining experience. Ascending to the second floor reveals a capacious meeting hall and a dedicated conference hall, facilitating academic and organizational events.
On the third floor, Yuva Bhavan extends its offerings with a commodious dormitory, providing a comfortable living space for the resident students. This dormitory not only serves as a residence but also fosters a sense of community among the inhabitants.
Moreover, Yuva Bhavan goes beyond its role as a student dwelling by serving as the official residence for all three directors of the Navajeevan Bala Bhavan Society. This confluence of residential, administrative, and organizational functions makes Yuva Bhavan an integral part of Navajeevan Bala Bhavan Society.
