Women empowerment can be characterized in a number of ways, including actively seeking out women’s perspectives, recognizing and valuing their perspectives, and elevating women’s status through education, awareness, and literacy. Women’s empowerment gives them the ability to make decisions that affect their quality of life in the face of a variety of socioeconomic issues. They may be allowed an opportunity to reexamine orientation or comparable jobs, giving them more opportunity to accomplish their targets.
