“SEMI CHRISTMAS CELEBRATION AND CERTIFICATES DISTRIBUTION” programme was held on 20/12/2016 at Navajeevan BVK centre, Autonagar organised collaboratively by the BVK and LAST departments of NJBB. Programme began with Mr. Prasad calling up the Guests Mr. Anoop, Bank Manager, SIDBI along with Fr. Bala Showry, Executive Director, NJBB, Fr. John Punnoose, Director, BVK, Rev. Pastor Joseph Daniel, Pastor, Mr. Michael and Ms. Heidi onto the stage.
Fr. Bala Showry, Executive Director addressing everyone welcomed all individually and expressed his happiness for celebrating the Semi Christmas and certificate distribution programme at BVK centre. Fr. thanked Mr. Anoop on behalf of NJBB for his support by donating sewing machines to BVK and Introduced Ms. Heidi saying that he is happy that she is here for the fifth time and supporting for solar system in Chiguru and also thanked Mr. Michael, Volunteer for extending his services to NJBB by teaching spoken English at BVK Centre.
Fr. Balashowry congratulated the trainees for successfully completing their training and stitching dresses with their creativity. Informed the gathering that NJBB has initiated many programmes with the inspiration of Don Bosco and support from friends like Ms. Heidi and nearly 60, 000 children were made fruitful.
He told all the children that they are the FRUITS of NJBB and after going out, they also must help the children outside by wishing them all to reach great heights and be a part of the development. At the end Fr said that all of us must recognise the miracles of God and thank him for everything he has done for us.
Fr. Joseph Daniel congratulated NJBB for doing a great work and asked everyone to become like Don Bosco. Explaining about Christmas he said it means worshipping the Christ and briefed that the GOD is with the following characteristics i.e. G stands for Generator, O for Operator and D stands for Destructor.
Mr. Anoop, Bank Manager, SIDBI congratulated everyone and said that he is happy to support NJBB and donate sewing machines. And Mr. Micheal and Ms. Heidi also expressed their happiness to be a part of Semi Christmas and
Certificate distribution programme
Towards the end certificates to the children who have completed their course in Beautician and tailoring were distributed and the programme came to an end with the guests and the children cutting the Christmas cake.
